Employee Benefits
Medical/Prescription Coverage:
Employees are covered under a Limited Health Plan beginning the first of the month following their 90 day waiting period. Employees remain covered under the Limited Health Plan until they have completed 15 months of employment, then Employees will be eligible to remain on the Limited Health Plan or choose from our 2 Comprehensive Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN options.
Life and AD &D Coverage:
We provide a $25,000 company paid life insurance policy that will double upon accidental death to all of our employees at no cost.
Dental Coverage:
Venture offers a comprehensive dental plan that covers cleanings and X-rays at 100% with basic and complex procedures covered at 90% and 60% respectfully.
Vision Coverage:
A comprehensive Vision plan is also offered to all employees that offer a $10 co-pay for exams and $25 co-pays on lenses and frames or contacts.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
Venture Express offers an FSA benefit for all employees who have reached their 1 year anniversary date with Venture Express and are full-time, benefits eligible employees. An FSA account will allow you to payroll deduct up to $5,000 in a tax-deferred benefit that would be used for reimbursement of eligible healthcare expenses including deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, etc.
Dependent Care Expense Accounts:
Venture Express offers a DCA benefit for all employees who have reached their 1 year anniversary date with Venture Express and are full-time, benefits eligible employees. A DCA account will allow you to payroll deduct in a tax-deferred benefit that would be used for reimbursement of eligible daycare expenses.
